Terms and Conditions FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat, Morocco

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all participants of the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat, organized by FlowFeelbyHelena, here inafter referred to as "the Organizer." By participating in the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Participation

2.1 Participation in the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat is entirely voluntary.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old.

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Participation in the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat is at your own risk.

3.2 Participants are responsible for their own personal health and safety. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities.

3.3 The Organizer advises participants to obtain personal travel insurance and/or accident insurance.

4. Liability

4.1 The Organizer is not liable for any form of damage, injury, loss, or accidents that occur during the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, personal accidents, property damage, loss of belongings, or any other incidents.

4.2 The Organizer is not responsible for weather conditions or other force majeure situations that may affect the event.

5. Cancellation and Changes

5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat in case of insufficient participation or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants will receive a refund of the participation fee paid. The Organizer is not responsible for other costs incurred by participants in connection with the event.

5.3 Participants can cancel their booking as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 3 months in advance: Full refund.

• Cancellations made at least 2 months in advance: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 1 month in advance: No refund.

6. Conduct and Respect

6.1 Participants must always treat other participants, guides, and nature with respect.

6.2 Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruption of the event will result in the participant being removed without a refund of participation fees.

7. Photo and Video Material

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to take photos and videos during the FlowFeel Surf & Yoga Retreat.

7.2 By participating in the event, the participant gives permission to the Organizer to use this material for promotional purposes.

8. Applicable Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

8.2 Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Organizer is located.
